The Export Council of Australia with Food Innovation Australia Ltd (FIAL) and NSW Government are pleased to launch 'IP Protection and International Brand Building'

Building your brand internationally requires planning in order to avoid potential pitfalls and to maximise your global opportunities. If you are considering selling your product or services overseas, you need to consider protecting your brand and IP.

Aimed at providing a range of practical skills to assist Australian businesses in the food and beverage industry, this workshop will feature presenters who will share their expertise on topics including:

  • How to ensure your export readiness
  • Market entry methods and e-commerce
  • Social media
  • Brand building
  • IP protection and international contracts

Attendees will engage with service providers and businesses who will tell their stories including successes, and discuss the challenges they faced and how they negotiated obstacles.

During the case study session, attendees will learn from the real-life international brand building experience of two companies:

  • Bounce
  • The Truffle & Wine Co

This interactive event will benefit those who are already engaging internationally or considering doing so, by enhancing knowledge of international market entry, e-commerce, IP protection and brand building.
