Export Procedures and Documentation Course (* last course being run)

Having skills and knowledge in export procedures and staff trained in export documentation is crucial for any company doing or planning to do business overseas.

  • Topics include: The Export Life Cycle, Terms of Trade, Export Documentation requirements, Packaging and supply chain management, Marine Insurance and role of Australian Government

International Payments and Understanding Documentary Credits Course (* last course being run)

This workshop will help all importers or exporters to obtain essential information on how to use letters of credit as a safe payment method for handling overseas transactions.

  • Topics include: International payment options including letters of Credit, Terms of Trade, procedural process for creating a documentary credit, problems that can be faced with letters of credit, implications of uniform customs and practice (UCP600), how credit insurance can help trade safely and commercial contracts and letter of credit.

Import Procedures and Documentation Course

There are many opportunities for companies and individuals to profit through importing. No matter what you are importing, you need to make sure you fully understand the import process.

  • Topics include: Understand the Trade Life Cycle and how it relates to your import business, how to develop an import plan, Terms of Trade, import documentation, how to manage import risks and the role of a freight forwarder
