This workshop is designed to provide participants with an enhanced understanding of the management issues that confront those operating in an international business environment. A major component of this workshop is managing relationships, both within and outside an organization, as well as relationships with those from diverse cultures.

The workshop examines how cultural factors influence the establishment of international relationships and, consequently, the success of international business development.

The workshop covers:

• Impact of culture on conduct of international business
• Human resource management
• Organisational structure and management practice

All ECA workshops and courses can be undertaken as stand-alone units, or accredited as part of an Advanced Diploma in International Business with the Charles Sturt University Centre for Customs and Excise Studies. Different prices apply and you need to declare your intention to register for the accredited course when booking an individual ECA workshop or course.
