The focus of this workshop is to bring together all the elements of international business. 

The workshop will cover the following topics: 
• The process of setting objectives and making internationalisation decisions 
• Country location decisions and the choice of international market entry mode 
• Exporting and importing decisions 
• Foreign investment project evaluation 
• International business negotiations 
• Organising international operations and managing human resources across borders 
• Measuring and evaluating international business performance. 

All ECA workshops and courses can be undertaken as stand-alone units, or accredited as part of an Advanced Diploma in International Business with the Charles Sturt University Centre for Customs and Excise Studies.
